The one thing in business that everyone has an opinion on, yet no one talks about

It’s Money, with everything that is going on in the world right now it’s not going to go away. As business owners, it’s likely hitting you from both angles, in your business and your personal life.

I wonder if you know that it doesn’t have to have as much of hold over you as it can.

Enter money mindset.

When exploring money mindset, you are exploring attitudes, beliefs, and feelings that individuals have about money. For business owners, having a positive money mindset can be crucial for success.

The trickiest thing about money mindset is we aren’t always aware of how our beliefs are impacting us in our lives or our businesses. There are a lot of our own beliefs that are holding us back from our own desires in our business.

Over the last year I have spent a lot of time exploring the topic when it was part of a coaching program I was involved in. I was in big trouble, because I soon identified that I thought it didn’t apply to me.

Oh, how I was wrong.

Our money beliefs predominately come from those who we grow up around, and those patterns and beliefs get pushed down and we navigate through our lives and businesses none the wiser. Until you meet someone who you respect who has a differing opinion on the topic.

If we don’t respect them, we discount their ideas as nonsense and move on with our day.

As I have done this work, I can now recognise it within my clients and give them an opportunity to explore the impact of money mindset on them and their business.

By fostering a positive money mindset, business owners can improve their financial health, make better decisions, and ultimately grow their businesses more effectively.
