About me

Hi! I’m Kellie. For 26 years, I was the ‘good employee’… fitting into a box, deemed quirky, and “hypervigilancing” my way through life.

Every day, I balance complex health and neurodiversity with my responsibilities as a mother, wife, daughter, sister, friend, and business owner. To look at me on a good day, there would be no visual clues. I was a pro at masking, very calm and patient on the outside, but frustrated on the inside. Masking is likely the number one reason for my complex health.

I found coaching during the first lockdown in 2020; it was a pivotal moment in my life. I discovered it was my natural leadership style. I am not one to lovingly be told what to do, and at the time of studying, neither were my business partners. I quickly discovered that coaching meant my business partners acted much quicker than they ever had done previously, and all that was different was how I presented solutions to the challenges they were facing.

Over the years, I refined my coaching skills, coupling them with my operational management experience and business planning, and started my own business while in full-time employment as a business consultant. All the while navigating all the responsibilities mentioned earlier, because the reality is, you can’t stop being any of them.

I surround myself with other business owners and coaches who are ahead of me, growing my capacity and skills so I can guide my clients. I have found that I have been training all my life for this role, as many of my clients have been on a similar journey.

The pieces of my puzzle

When I finally decided to stop doing “all the things,” looking for the evidence, and doing things that I felt conflicted with, my talents and skills really started to shine a light on what my clients really needed to work on to use their business as a way to create the life they wanted.

Formerly, I influenced directives because I felt I had to. Now, I spend my days guiding my clients to create the lives they want while serving their clients in the heart of their communities.

I have spent far too long looking at life from a place of lack. There is so much scarcity out there; it’s very easy to get sucked in, despite having a growth mindset. Now, I grow from a place of wisdom, like a tree gaining its rings. I work almost every day, but that is by design.

I love what I do, and my business is designed to fit around my health and my family.

Are you ready to live the life you want, prioritise you to prosper?
